Glamour FI How does motorcycle fuel pump work :- A fuel pump works by a diaphragm moving and creating alternating vacuum and pressure. This drawing and pushing is regulated by check valves that only allow one-way flow. The geometry of the diaphragm plus the speed of the pulse dictate pressure and volume flow.
